eCabs offer wide range of Payment Methods. You can make payment via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Bank Deposit/Check and Cash.
- You can make payment even if order has been already entered in our system. You will need order ID for reference.
- In case you do not have order ID and intend to make payment, use your Mobile Number as order ID. and mention comments if any (like the trip details) in description/Details/comments columns.
- Online payments are subject to several approvals/Checks, some of them can take several days to complete even after successful transaction. Payment may not be debited form your account or may not be credited to out account due to such approvals. You are liable to ensure that payment is debited form your account and is not held by your bank. In case payment does not credit to our account due to such approvals/Checks, you are required to cooperate with us to ensure that payment is either approved within 7 days or shall be reversed and paid again via other agreed mode.

Payment By EBS:
EBS Secure Payment Gateway allow you to make payments using Indian/International Debit Cards(50 Banks), Credit Cards(Visa/Master/Diners), NetBanking (5 Banks) & Cash Card(ItzCash).

If you remember your Order ID (Received in email/SMS) Please provide it, Else use your mobile no. as order ID and provide your Order Details (like "Mumbai to Pune Innova" with your name & Mobile. Our team will manually track your Order ID and update.
Payment By Paypal
Paypal allow you to make quick payment in USD. It is not necessary to be a Paypal member. On Paypal page click "continue" link to directly provide Credit card details instead of login/registration. Paypal accept International Credit Cards. In case you are paypal member you can make payment using Paypal balance.

Cash on Pickup
For certain bookings we offer Cash on Pickup as payment method. In case of Cash on Pickup only Provisional Confirmation is provided. In such cases its necessary to be available on phone during the cab allocation (normally 3-12hrs before the pickup time). In case of non-availability the booking may be canceled by our team.
- In case you have filled the order form and clicked Order, your Order details will be saved and you will received email/SMS with Order ID, even if Payment is unsuccessful. You can try to make payment again using several options available under Payment section on our website http://booking.ecabs.in. There is no need to restart with new order form. Also refer to email received.
- The payments are processed by payment gateways like EBS & Paypal or the Banks involved. Each of these organizations have their own terms & conditions that are presented during the payment process or may be available separately on their website. In addition to eCabs , the terms and conditions of Payment Gateways & Banks involved are also applicable to the transaction.
- Payment Gateways or Banks may debit from your account and still withhold the payment with them for need of additional documentation or legal requirements from either customer or eCabs. Customer shall immediately comply with their requirements to clear the payment and in case due to any reason such compliance could not be met, customer shall apply for reversing the transaction and shall make immediate payment to eCabs via other modes like in Cash, Bank Deposit or other Payment gateway. In case due to delays in compliance, folloup and non-payment from customer, eCabs will charge interest @ 2% per month on the pending payment.
- In case a transaction is reversed by the Payment Gateway/bank and telephonic/email/letter/sms confirmation for the same is sent by the Payment gateway, the customer shall immediately make payment to eCabs by other mode and not wait for the complete reversal process to complete. Most Banks/payment gateways take 15-20 days to complete the reversal.
